GENERAL INFO
- By agreeing to a commission, you will be accepting that you are purchasing a digital file and the work on it. You will not be receiving a physical item or service.
- I have the right to refuse service on what I see fit.
- I offer updates on a piece, please give me at least a week before asking for the first time.
- Commissions can take from a week to a few months depending on complexity, availability, and other work I may have.
- If you need the piece done by a certain date please inform me beforehand so I may properly plan ahead.
- You are accepting my terms of service by purchasing my service.- I'm fine with drawing mostly anything, if you are unsure feel free to message me beforehand.
- Complexity can affect the price of the commission
- I will not draw political, illegal, or sensitive topics (things racist, sexist, or pedo/beastophillic in nature.)
- I will not draw another person's original character without written proof that they agreed for the character to be drawn; The same goes with Real People.UPDATES AND CHANGES
- I will contact you with the sketch to make sure it is what you're looking for. You can make any corrections and changes at this point.
- Afterwards I will give you 4 minor changes for free; Additional minor edits will require payment.
- Any major changes after the sketch will require extra payment.
- If there is a particular piece of mine you're interested in the style of, please inform me before hand in your order. If I have already started I most likely will not be able to fix it to what you wanted.PAYMENT INFO
- I work with Paypal strictly.
- I require payment before I start working!
- You will be paying upfront, unless the commission is pricier, than I am willing to do half upfront and half at the finalization of the piece, but this must be discussed between us first.
- The agreed upon amount must be paid within a 48 hour time period before I cancel your order and re-open the slot.
- Any tips received will get my deepest thank yous! :)REFUND POLICY
- I offer partial refunds for works I have already started, the refunded amount will be proportionate to the amount of work already completed.
- I will only offer a full refund if I had not previously started on your piece.
- If there are any reasons why I am unable to continue on with your commissioned piece I will offer a refund based on how much work had been completed prior(if any.)
- If you are receiving a refund, please do not request a paypal charge back! You will be getting the money back from me!
- If you request a charge back, I retain the right to retract my services and anything I have made for you.COPYRIGHT & USAGE- You are not allowed to sell your commission for a profit, Nor are you allowed to reproduce or take credit for the work.
- You may not modify the work without my permission.
- You may post your commission online as long as I am credited, or linked to for it's creation.
- You may not remove the watermark from your commission.
- You may print your commission for personal use.
- You may only use your commission for commercial reasons, such as a poster, book cover, ect. if we have discussed this previously and written a contract.
- I maintain the right to use the commissions for advertising on social media.
- I maintain the right to use the commissions for personal portfolio and examples.
- If you would like me to not post the piece anywhere online please inform me!
